A bath built to stay dry and feel calm

A bath built to stay dry and feel calm

A bathroom fails from the inside out. Waterproofing, slope, and ventilation decide whether the room still looks new in five seasons, and none of them are visible once the tile is set.

We detail that layer first, then design the part you see: the glass, the niches, the vanity, the lighting, and a curbless entry where the floor structure allows one.

What Goes Into a Bath Renovation

Waterproofing first

Waterproofing first

Pans, membranes, slopes, and niches are detailed before tile, because a bath that fails does it behind a finish nobody wants to open twice.

Storage that disappears

Storage that disappears

Recessed niches, vanity drawers, and linen storage are planned into the walls you already have instead of landing on the counter.

Comfort in the details

Comfort in the details

Bench height, glass placement, lighting temperature, and a curbless entry where the floor allows it, all decided with you.

How a Remodel Runs

  1. 1

    Talk It Through

We start with what is not working and what the finished space has to do.

You get a drawn plan and a written scope, with selections settled up front.

  4. 4

    Permits and Build

We pull what the work requires and run the trades in the right sequence.

  5. 5

    Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished space with you and close the punch list together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a tub become a walk in shower?

Usually. The drain moves, the floor gets reframed or built up where needed, and the waterproofing is rebuilt from the pan out. We confirm what the framing allows on the walkthrough.

Is a curbless shower possible in my house?

It depends on the floor structure and the slab. Where the depth is there we detail it properly, and where it is not we will show you what a low curb can do instead.

How do you keep a bath from getting moldy?

A tight waterproofing detail, a correctly sized exhaust fan, and grout and sealant chosen for the room. Humidity is the constant here, so the mechanicals matter as much as the tile.

Can you remodel a bath without moving plumbing?

Yes, and it is often the smart scope. Keeping fixtures in place saves the wall and floor work, and the room can still change completely through tile, vanity, glass, and light.

How long does a bathroom take?

Weeks, not days, once demolition starts, with tile and glass driving the tail of the schedule. The dates go in the scope so you can plan around a household bath being offline.
